The views and opinions that may be expressed on the boards do not reflect those of nollywoodlove.com. The Website facilitates communication and encourages the exchange of information and opinion. You acknowledge and agree that nollywoodlove.com does not and shall not have any obligation to review the discussion boards, and therefore we do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of the discussion boards and we cannot assure that sexual, harmful, inaccurate, deceptive, offensive, threatening, defamatory, unlawful or otherwise objectionable content will not appear on the Website. However, you acknowledge and agree that we have the right to monitor and to alter, edit, refuse to post or remove any comments that you post to the Website, in whole or in part, for any reason or for no reason, in our sole discretion, and you agree that we do not have any obligation to use or respond to any comments. If you breach these terms and conditions we reserve the right to trace your IP address, contact your service provider and ask that you be blocked from accessing the Website. nollywoodlove.com reserves the right to edit or delete any messages left on the discussion boards, including without limitation any message which contravenes these terms and conditions.
You agree to grant nollywoodlove.com a non-exclusive worldwide royalty-free perpetual non-revocable licence to use, distribute, adapt, modify, display, reproduce and transmit any information you submit to the Website directly or indirectly in any and all media in any manner in whole or in part without any duty to account to you. Governing law
These terms of use and your use of the Website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute in connection with such terms or use of the Website.

3. Users can access the data held on them by nollywoodlove.com by contacting us at info@nollywoodlove.com . nollywoodlove.com makes a nominal charge of £10, to cover administration costs.
4. User information will not be disclosed to a third party without Users’ permission. User details will be used only to provide service(s) specifically requested by the User.
5. Users’ details may be transferred to another company if ownership of nollywoodlove.com changes.
